Who we are

Above all else, we care about the healthy and safe growth of the rope access industry.

As the only rope access company in North America that is focusing solely on management consulting, we have carefully assembled our service offerings to ensure that no conflicts of interest can emerge with our clientele. This is not the case with other Rope Access operating companies that offer consultation as one of their many listed services.

Our goal is simple. We just want to ensure that our safety knowledge and experience gets distributed to all companies that wish to have it.

  • Scott Archibald

    PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

    As a lifelong rock climber Scott found his way into the mountain rescue world in the fall of 2000 and the rope access industry in 2005.

    His professional experience began by providing rope access and helicopter rescue for mountainous Oil and Gas exploration projects.

    Since 2005, he has built several successful rope access businesses that thrive to this day.

    He has extensive experience working in downstream and upstream petroleum, wind energy, and infrastructure life cycle management.

  • Nathan Bills

    TRAINING AND COMPLIANCE

    Nathan began his rope access career in 2004 and has worked at all levels for very large service corporations.

    His diverse experience ranges from onshore and offshore petroleum, amusement parks, infrastructure, wind energy and training.

    Nathan is an IRATA Assessor, a SPRAT Evaluator, and has served as the Chairman of the IRATA North America Regional Advisory Committee.

    Most recently he served as the Compliance Manager for an organization with more than 2,000 rope access technicians in the program.

  • Taylor Baehr

    IMPLEMENTATION AND LEADERSHIP

    Taylor entered the rope access industry in 2003 as a welder working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. Since then Taylor has managed several of the world's largest mechanical integrity programs utilizing rope access.

    He has extensive management and business development experience, and truly shines at leading by example. His polished interpersonal skills excel at getting the most of his employees by keeping morale high.

    In over 20 years within this industry, we have not met a single person that did not enjoy working with Taylor.
